Your Sound DNA: The Core of Personalization
Everything in MyEq.pro starts with understanding you. These tests create your unique 'Sound DNA'.

The Hearing Test (Your Audiogram)

This is the most important first step. It's like an eye exam, but for your ears. In 5 minutes, we find the quietest sounds you can hear at different pitches. This creates your personal hearing map, so we can make sure you don't miss any musical detail.

The Loudness Contour Test (Advanced)

Why do some sounds feel louder than others, even at the same volume? This test figures that out for you. You'll match the loudness of different tones, helping us make the music feel perfectly balanced and comfortable, never harsh or boomy.

The Sonic Profile Test (Your Listener Personality)

This isn't about your hearing, but about how your brain likes to listen. By answering a few questions, we discover your 'Listener Archetype'. This helps us recommend the perfect sounds to match your mood and personality each day.

The Cognitive Abilities Test

Measure your key cognitive abilities with our intelligence test based on the CHC model. This test provides insights into your fluid reasoning, crystallized knowledge, visual processing, and working memory.

The Audiotheque: Your Sound Gym
Think of this as a gym for your mind. Here you'll find special soundscapes designed to help you achieve different mental states.

The Categories

Each category is designed for a specific goal: 'Focus' helps you concentrate, 'Relax' helps you unwind, 'Sleep' guides you to rest, and so on. Explore them to find what works best for you.

The Magic Buttons: Processing Modes

Below the player, you'll find buttons to enhance your sound. You can only use one at a time.

Custom EQ (Glasses for Your Ears)

This is the default and most important mode. It applies your hearing test results to the audio, clarifying the sound to perfectly match your ears. This reduces the mental effort your brain needs to make sense of the music, which is the key to effortless focus.

Neuro-Stim (A Workout for Your Ears)

This mode sends tiny, rhythmic pulses of sound to the frequencies where your hearing is weakest. It’s like a gentle workout to keep your auditory pathways active, helping to improve your brain's response to sound over time.

Neuro-Acoustic (A Massage for Your Brain)

This advanced mode uses smooth, wave-like modulations to gently guide your brainwaves into a desired state, like deep focus or relaxation. It’s an immersive experience that helps synchronize your mental state with your listening goals.

Extra Features in the Audiotheque

Hiding Songs

Don't like a song from the Audiotheque? Click the 'eye' icon to hide it. You can see all your hidden songs in the special 'Hidden' category and restore them anytime.

Sleep Timer

On songs in the 'Sleep' category, you'll see a timer icon. Click it to set the audio to gently fade out and stop after 15, 30, or 60 minutes, helping you drift off to sleep without interruption.

My Music: Your Personal Library
This is your private space. Here you can upload your own music files and listen to them with MyEq.pro's sound personalization.

Creating Playlists

First, create a playlist to hold your songs. You can create more playlists if you have a premium plan.

Uploading Songs

Once you have a playlist, click 'Upload Song'. You can drag and drop your files (MP3, WAV, etc.). The music you upload is private and only you can listen to it. Your account has a storage limit depending on your plan.

External Audio: Personalize Anything
This powerful feature allows you to apply the MyEq.pro personalized sound experience to audio from any other source on your computer.

What is it?

Imagine applying your personalized EQ to a video conference, a movie on a streaming platform like Netflix, or your favorite playlist on Spotify. That's what External Audio does. It acts as an advanced software equalizer for your personal use, ensuring your experience is private and legal. It processes audio in real-time and does not store or redistribute any content.

How to Use It

This feature is designed to capture audio directly from browser tabs (e.g., YouTube, Spotify Web Player). It will NOT work with desktop applications like the Spotify desktop app. For best results: 1. Close any desktop audio apps. 2. Open your audio source in a web browser. 3. Click 'Add Audio Source' and choose the correct tab. 4. Check the 'Share tab audio' box.\n\nThis feature is also invaluable for audio producers and mastering engineers. By routing your own audio through it, you can get a perceptual reference based on the ISO standard, hearing how your mix is perceived by someone with your specific hearing profile.
